1. Currency and total price

Purchases through the Australian storefront are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Consumer prices include GST where required. Delivery charges and every mandatory amount are displayed before the customer submits the order. A bank or card provider may apply its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction charge.

2. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay where displayed at Checkout. A payment method is available only when it appears as an active option during the customer's Checkout session.

3. Authorisation and capture

Card and wallet payments are authorised when the order is placed and captured when the order is accepted for processing. A temporary authorisation hold is not a completed charge. If an order is cancelled before capture, we release or reverse the merchant-side authorisation promptly; the payment provider controls when the hold disappears from the account.

4. Payment surcharge

We do not charge a payment-method surcharge. No undisclosed mandatory charge is added after order submission.

5. Providers and security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the applicable card network or Apple Pay. Complete card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by us. Orders may be subject to authorisation, address checks, fraud screening and 3D Secure authentication.

6. Failed, duplicate or suspicious payments

If payment fails or appears duplicated, contact hello@jnruimo.com. We compare order and transaction records and identify whether an amount is a hold, capture, reversal or refund. We may pause or cancel a transaction where proportionate checks identify fraud, sanctions or payment risk.

7. Instalments, subscriptions and renewals

We do not offer buy-now-pay-later financing, subscriptions or automatic-renewal purchases through this storefront.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds follow the Refund Policy and are returned to the original payment method unless another method is legally required or expressly agreed. We issue approved voluntary-return refunds within five business days after inspection. Australian Consumer Law remedies remain unaffected.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact hello@jnruimo.com or +61 413 653 783 so we can investigate an incorrect charge. This does not prevent lawful rights through a bank, card issuer, payment provider or consumer-protection authority.
